Values are universal, but issues can be contextual. Organizations have their own set of challenges that they
deal with on a regular basis. This initiative aims to develop a holistic outlook towards professional and personal life among the employees of the organizations and to appreciate the importance of healthy relationships in their functional teams.

- to customized sessions and workshops on the themes like "Work-Life Balance", "Professional Ethics", 
 

●    Conducted a 10-day (15 hours) online workshop for TEK 7 IT Services Company employees.  55 members completed the workshop.
 

●    Conducted 2-hours online sessions on “Human Relationships and Universal Human Values” for 20 members of staff of an NGO (Padala Charitable Trust)
